Refund policy

The PTO is unable to offer refunds.  Thank you for understanding.

When possible, exchanges of equal value are available within 30 days of purchase.  Preorders, personalized sweatshirts (when offered) and clearance items are unavailable for exchange.

All orders not picked up within 90 days will be donated to FBMS. Orders placed during school holidays will have 90 days to pick up after the Panther Store reopens.
